We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention.   • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with a focus on quality service

  • Document interactions and updates in CRM systems accurately

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to address complex issues

  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers

  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to internal processes

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
