We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and assist various departments with documentation and scheduling. This role is essential to ensuring smooth internal operations and a productive office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events

  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested

  • Assist in handling travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels

  • Support other departments with administrative needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
