Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and empathy
Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Provide feedback to product and development teams based on user experience
Assist in creating customer service documentation and support materials
Track issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer support, client services, or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with support platforms and office software (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office)
A calm, patient, and professional demeanor when handling customer interactions
