We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our client services team. In this role, you will support senior representatives in managing client relationships, executing strategic plans, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and expectations

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups

  • Prepare reports, proposals, and client-facing documentation

  • Monitor account performance and support strategic planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, content) to meet client goals

  • Identify and address any account issues or opportunities for improvement

  • Attend client meetings and contribute to presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
