We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to lead and manage the planning and execution of property-related events in the New Orleans area. The ideal candidate will bring experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and client engagement, ensuring that every event reflects the professionalism and high standards of Property Soar.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute real estate events including open houses, networking functions, and promotional gatherings
Manage vendor relationships and event logistics such as venue booking, catering, and staffing
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align event goals with business objectives
Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure smooth execution
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
