We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit communications materials including press releases, newsletters, and internal memos
Coordinate communication schedules and ensure timely delivery of key messages
Assist in planning and executing public relations and corporate communication campaigns
Support the development and maintenance of communication guidelines and standards
Work cross-functionally with departments to gather content and align messaging
Track communication metrics and assist in reporting performance and engagement
Support crisis communication and reputation management activities when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and consistency in branding and messaging
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management tools
