We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts, coordinate messaging across departments, and contribute to the execution of company-wide initiatives. This is an ideal position for a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a passion for clear and effective messaging.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all departments
Draft, edit, and distribute company announcements, reports, and presentations
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and company events
Collaborate with management and staff to align communication efforts with organizational goals
Monitor and report on communication metrics and engagement performance
Maintain company documentation and brand voice across all official materials
Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
