We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot product and service issues, providing clear and accurate solutions

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer education

  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and team goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools

  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
