We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer care.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot product and service issues, providing clear and accurate solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer education
Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and team goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
