Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, helping the team stay focused on high-impact activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Support HR and finance teams with clerical duties

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
