We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. You will assist in addressing inquiries, managing accounts, and supporting various service processes to uphold the quality standards of Swift 7 Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist clients with account updates, service requests, and problem resolution

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor service issues and escalate complex matters as needed

  • Support administrative functions related to client services

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
