We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. You will assist in addressing inquiries, managing accounts, and supporting various service processes to uphold the quality standards of Swift 7 Consultants.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist clients with account updates, service requests, and problem resolution
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor service issues and escalate complex matters as needed
Support administrative functions related to client services
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
