Job Description:

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support client relations and account management operations. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop within a professional consulting environment while working closely with our senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong professional relationships

• Support senior account managers with client communications and project updates

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and deliverables

• Prepare and review reports, proposals, and internal documentation

• Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones are met

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client satisfaction

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus

• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
