Salary Range: $19.50 - $28.00  per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
