Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and communicate our brand's narrative while forming relationships with key stakeholders, media representatives, and the community. 

Salary Range: $23.50 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with company objectives.
• Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and their effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing press events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong grasp of storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with media relations and understanding of how the media operates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
