We are seeking a motivated and proactive Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional growth, mentorship, and organizational leadership. You will assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing leadership initiatives that drive performance and support our mission of developing high-potential talent across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of leadership development programs

  • Support internal coaching, training, and mentorship initiatives

  • Monitor program effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership potential

  • Help design learning materials and resources for emerging leaders

  • Facilitate workshops and development sessions as needed

  • Maintain records of progress, milestones, and feedback from participants

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR support

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High level of initiative and adaptability

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
