We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring high-quality service and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases accordingly

  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation

  • Resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and facilitating client meetings

  • Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
