We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring high-quality service and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client records and update databases accordingly
Prepare client reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation
Resolve service issues with professionalism and urgency
Assist in onboarding new clients and facilitating client meetings
Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
