Reboot Staff is currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Monitor account performance and ensure service expectations are met

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support client needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
