We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office procedures, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and provide general administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls

  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents and reports

  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally

  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed

  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination

  • Assist with data entry, billing, and other clerical duties

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
