Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department with daily administrative and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns, content coordination, and brand messaging efforts. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

  • Conduct market research and compile reports on trends, competitors, and customer preferences

  • Support in the creation of promotional materials and presentations

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and campaigns

  • Track and report performance metrics of marketing activities

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency

  • Manage databases, contact lists, and marketing assets

  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
