We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to execute campaigns with efficiency and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate promotional activities and events

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights

  • Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance

  • Support the creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

  • Manage databases and maintain organized marketing files

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM and basic design tools is a plus

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and a fast learner
