We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping coordinate marketing campaigns, manage administrative tasks, and assist in the development of creative content. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
Support in market research, data collection, and trend analysis
Help maintain and update marketing calendars, files, and reports
Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials
Manage and track inventory of promotional items
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and broader team
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
