Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Representative to join our growing team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will support the company’s internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting a unified brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute company announcements, newsletters, and press materials

• Assist in the planning and coordination of communication campaigns and outreach

• Monitor and analyze communication performance to improve engagement

• Collaborate with departments to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives

• Support crisis communication efforts and prepare briefing materials as needed

• Maintain and update communication materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
