We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our operations team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will oversee project timelines, maintain communication between departments, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion

  • Track progress and prepare status reports for internal stakeholders

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication

  • Identify project risks and propose timely solutions

  • Assist with resource allocation and project documentation

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to budget constraints and deadlines

  • Schedule meetings, organize files, and support day-to-day project logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
