We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This role is crucial to our sales pipeline and offers a path for growth into more advanced sales positions.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and other professional channels to identify potential clients
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Understand client needs and communicate the value of Signal Tru Brand’s services
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
