We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Representative to join our Raleigh-based team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who is passionate about client success, brand engagement, and building lasting business relationships. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent satisfaction and alignment of expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Manage client communications, meetings, and ongoing support

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client goals and deliverables

  • Track client feedback and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction

  • Prepare reports and updates on account performance and progress

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with existing clients

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's services and brand standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software

  • Customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
