Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, preparing presentations, and ensuring day-to-day project execution. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring project deliverables are met
Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate tasks and updates
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings
Track client requests, feedback, and performance metrics
Support account managers with research and strategy planning
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and professional support
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
