Job Description

We are looking for a Communications Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of internal and external communications, assisting in campaign coordination, and maintaining brand voice across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear messaging and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, and external communication materials

• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns

• Ensure consistent tone and voice across all written content

• Help manage communication calendars and timelines

• Collaborate with departments to align messaging with organizational goals

• Monitor feedback and provide reporting on communication effectiveness

• Participate in meetings and provide support for special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications-related role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
