We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and client engagement, a keen eye for identifying opportunities, and a drive to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting our solutions, and contributing to the expansion of our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions using our product offerings.

• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, branding, or creative industries.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and team-driven.

• Comfortable with client presentations and relationship-building.
