We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for crafting effective internal and external communications. You will support various departments in maintaining consistent messaging and ensuring alignment with the company’s voice and values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and communication materials

  • Support the creation and editing of written content including reports, presentations, and marketing collateral

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications

  • Manage communication timelines and assist in planning campaigns and events

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies

  • Assist with writing press releases, articles, and company updates

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of communication projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with content creation and editing tools is a plus
