Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Communications Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This position plays a critical role in crafting and delivering internal and external messaging, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about clear and impactful communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.

• Coordinate communication strategies across departments.

• Ensure all messaging aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.

• Assist in planning and executing corporate communications, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Maintain communication records and reports.

• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to support client communication needs.

• Monitor and respond to inquiries, providing clear and timely information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or administrative role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
