We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of our internal and external communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for crafting clear, compelling content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the consistency of Sharpcontra’s voice and supporting cross-functional communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and distributing internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and company announcements

  • Coordinate communication plans for new initiatives, events, and campaigns

  • Work closely with departments to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals

  • Support the creation of written materials such as presentations, reports, and briefs

  • Monitor communication metrics and generate performance reports

  • Ensure brand messaging is cohesive and appropriately tailored to each audience

  • Help manage company communication calendars and timelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with internal communication tools and systems is a plus
