We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of our internal and external communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for crafting clear, compelling content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the consistency of Sharpcontra’s voice and supporting cross-functional communication efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and distributing internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and company announcements
Coordinate communication plans for new initiatives, events, and campaigns
Work closely with departments to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals
Support the creation of written materials such as presentations, reports, and briefs
Monitor communication metrics and generate performance reports
Ensure brand messaging is cohesive and appropriately tailored to each audience
Help manage company communication calendars and timelines
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with internal communication tools and systems is a plus
