We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of account management, build client relationships, and contribute to successful project execution. You will support senior account managers, communicate directly with clients, and help coordinate deliverables across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deliverables

  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

  • Support senior account representatives with research and strategy implementation

  • Help identify client needs and propose solutions accordingly

  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and contribute to account retention

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
