We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communications efforts. This position plays a key role in drafting, organizing, and distributing communications that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong writer, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting internal memos, emails, press releases, and company announcements

  • Coordinate communication projects and maintain timelines

  • Support the development of written materials for presentations and meetings

  • Maintain databases of contacts, mailing lists, and distribution channels

  • Track engagement metrics and assist with reporting on communication efforts

  • Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across all communications

  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or assistant role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
