We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a professional and timely manner
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client issues
Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
Support internal teams with customer feedback and service improvement suggestions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up to ensure resolution
Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
