We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating engaging and successful events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site support

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with team members, clients, and vendors

  • Prepare and organize event materials, including registration lists, signage, and equipment

  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are delivered on time and within budget

  • Track expenses and assist with post-event evaluations and reports

  • Provide general administrative support to the Events Team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
