Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and help drive engagement with our clients and partners. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategy development

• Create marketing materials such as reports, presentations, and product sheets

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics

• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and outreach

• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications

• Support coordination of events, advertising efforts, and outreach programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
