Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Birmingham team. As a cashier at Signal Tru Brand, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate is courteous, organized, and able to manage transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service

• Monitor inventory at the front end and notify management of low stock

• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

• Strong basic math and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
