We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Monitor project progress and track deliverables using project management tools
Support procurement and contract management processes
Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines
Organize and participate in team meetings and site visits
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (real estate or construction background preferred)
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
