We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The Sales Assistant will support our sales operations by providing administrative and customer service support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and agents alike.
Responsibilities
Assist sales representatives in day-to-day operations and client follow-ups
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Prepare sales reports and documentation
Answer inquiries regarding property listings, availability, and pricing
Support marketing and promotional efforts related to property listings
Ensure timely communication between clients, agents, and internal departments
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or real estate is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
