Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understand client needs and present appropriate property solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and company services
Conduct presentations, tours, and client meetings as needed
Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Track and report on sales performance and targets
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company goals
