Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Understand client needs and present appropriate property solutions

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and company services

  • Conduct presentations, tours, and client meetings as needed

  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Track and report on sales performance and targets

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company goals

Qualifications
