We are currently seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and tenants, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This role is essential to our daily operations and demands excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages

  • Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and mail distribution

  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing

  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to support tenant needs

  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
