We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in account management, client services, and business development. You will assist in managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior representatives with account management and customer follow-ups

  • Maintain and build strong client relationships through excellent communication

  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services

  • Monitor account performance and prepare status reports

  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies

  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
