We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into internal databases and systems, ensuring information is correct, current, and accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into internal systems

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Maintain and organize digital and paper records

  • Communicate with other departments to collect or clarify information

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Support administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
