We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Your ability to communicate clearly and deliver top-tier support will be essential to the success of our customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Qualifications
