Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of client and internal events. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing and corporate events

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met

  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

  • Maintain accurate documentation and timelines for all assigned events

  • Manage event supplies, promotional materials, and post-event reporting

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality standards in every detail of execution

  • Provide general administrative support to the Events team

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
