Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Account Representative to manage and develop strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Understand client needs and provide strategic support and guidance

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Monitor and report on account performance and key metrics

  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services based on client needs

  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or client relations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Experience in staffing or workforce solutions is a plus
