Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Madison, WI. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and shipment of goods. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety compliance

• Report discrepancies or damages to warehouse supervisors

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Forklift certification is a plus
