We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent service excellence. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships through regular communication

  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Monitor account performance and ensure service level agreements are met

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver client-specific solutions

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients as needed

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
