We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our daily operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is critical to maintaining a smooth, organized, and productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members and executives

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail

  • Coordinate office activities and support other departments when needed

  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as necessary

  • Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and staff logistics

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and standard tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
