Captura Hall is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company services and understand client needs

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements

  • Track sales activities and performance metrics using internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of professionalism, motivation, and integrity

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
