Job Description
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of multiple client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information

• Assist in developing project plans and schedules

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

• Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met

• Organize and attend project meetings, recording minutes and follow-ups

• Support project managers in managing budget, risks, and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

• Familiarity with project management software and tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions is a plus
